WPR Recreation Center

Construction Update

The main structure of the recreation center is complete. Interior walls are framed and being drywalled now. The indoor walking track above the gym is almost complete. If the construction schedule holds, we are planning on a mid-July opening. Membership details and pricing will be published and communicated this Spring. Follow the construction progress by visiting the WPR Recreation Center information page on our website.

Impact of Construction

During the twelve month construction period, our campus will see several impacts. Parking lots, road ways, and sidewalks will have changes and improvements. This will make the campus easier to navigate and more accessible. Unfortunately during construction, some areas will be closed off and parking will be limited. The new recreation center and campus roadway improvements will allow us to better serve the community needs in the future. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
