Civic Rec

With the many changes coming to Widefield Parks and Recreation, including a brand new recreation center, we needed to revamp and modernize our registration and point of sale software. The new system will streamline all of our services to enhance our customer service and your user experience! The system will be more user-friendly and easier to navigate. 

Through much research and discussion, Widefield Parks and Recreation did not transfer customer data from the previous system.  The reason for this is to ensure that all of our customer's information is accurate and up to date. 

Creating an account for you and your family in the new Civic Rec system is quick and easy! Please have all information ready to create your account, including name, date of birth, grade (for youth), address, contact phone number, and email. 

Yes! We have been able to integrate all existing membership cards into the new system.  The transition should be seamless, but please be patient in case we have any hiccups. 

Please remember that all memberships and punch cards expire on May 31, 2023, in order to switch to a new membership structure with the opening of the WPR Recreation Center. 

No, Widefield Parks and Recreation staff cannot retrieve passwords.  On the login page, there is a link to reset your password, or our staff can send the password reset link to the email on file in the system.
