Location: WPR Recreation Center 

Learn how to find peace within yourself through music, mindfulness, stillness, and movement. Learn yoga poses, breath work, and we have the ability to take a pause and find peace.

SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER SESSION:

NOVEMBER & DECEMBER SESSION:
November 1 - December 20 @ 5 - 5:45pm (no class on November 22) 
Theme: My Amazing Body
Fee: $36 per participant

JANUARY & FEBRUARY SESSION:
January 10 - February 28 @ 5 - 5:45pm 
Theme: What's Bugging You? 
Fee: $48 per participant
