"Having an option at the rec center for a trainer is so important, and has
helped me in working hard to make the right health changes. I have
seen so many results not only physically but mentally and emotionally.
I still have a ways to go to meet my health goals but I am focused, and
encouraged by the rec center and staff. I look forward to another set of
training sessions with Marc and to see how much further I can go to
meet my health goals." -  Angela W.
