Bungee Fitness: Low-impact workout that is easy on the joints and involves cardio, strength training, and full body movements while attached to a harness and bungee cord. Basic movements while attached to the harness include lunges, squats and jumping. *Weight limit for this class is 250lbs.

Les Mills BODYPUMP: Total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.
POUND: Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels.
Beginner's Yoga: New to yoga? Want to give it a try without feeling overwhelmed? This beginner’s class is for you or anyone who wishes to get back to the basics. By moving at a slower pace, breaking down the postures, using props, we make each posture accessible. Come explore yoga and all the benefits it can offer you. (Begins on August 17)
Body Shop: This class will incorporate Tabata, step, interval training, and body weight exercises to maximize your results in a short amount of time. A total body workout!
Cycling & Strength: A combination of cycling and freestyle strength.
Salsa Gold: Introduction to basic salsa moves, with fun upbeat music. Class can be done standing or in a chair.
POUND Gold: A fun low impact drumming class for all fitness levels. Class can be done standing or sitting in a chair with energizing upbeat oldies!
Step Aerobics: A classic cardio workout to help improve balance and coordination, using the step and incorporating other equipment to keep it exciting.
Orientation to Fitness Area: A 30 minute orientation class touring the fitness area, reviewing safety rules and how to properly use machines and equipment. This is NOT a personal training session, but a chance to familiarize yourself with equipment and feel confident in working out safely after the orientation. We recommend everyone take this course prior to using fitness area.
Tai-Chi Fitness: Exercise that uses smooth body movements to achieve relaxation. Increases balance, strength and flexibility while decreasing stress.
Tai-Chi Yoga: A relaxing blend of Tai-Chi and chair yoga that will reduce stress and increase your flexibility and balance.
Chair Yoga: For mind, body & spirit! Yoga is great for flexibility, balance and relaxation. It also helps to reduce stress.
ZUMBA®: Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps for a calorie burning workout.
ZUMBA Gold®: Combines low impact choreography with the hot Zumba hits you know and love! Improve your balance, range of motion, and coordination in this empowering dance party!
MIXXEDFIT®: A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Movements are designed to help tone, strengthen, and increase your overall endurance.
Walking: Utilize our indoor track during this class time where one of our instructors will give you tips and technique pointers, including correct walking posture, gait analysis and more help to make your walking times more efficient and beneficial.
Water Fitness
Classes located at Widefield Parks & Rec Pool
Deep Water Aerobics: Focuses primarily on strengthening and toning using flotation belts, water dumbbells and other equipment. This is a very safe and effective low-impact workout.
Shallow Water Aerobics: Focuses on cardiovascular endurance with periods of overall muscle toning and uses a variety of equipment.
Quick Shot Shallow Water Aerobics: Come for a 30-minute Shallow Water Aerobics class. Cool down on your own.
No swimming ability required for water fitness classes.
