Patrons must possess a membership or pay the daily admission to gain admittance unless attending a scheduled program or event.
Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult unless participating in a Recreation Center supervised program.
Youth ages 12 – 14 years must be supervised by an adult to go to the upstairs fitness area unless participating in a Recreation Center supervised program.
People 15 years & older may use the fitness area without supervision.
Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times while in the Recreation Center.
Food is only permitted in designated areas. Drinks must be in non-glass containers and have a sealable spill proof lid.
Only certified service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are permitted in the Center.
Guests should bring their own lock to secure valuables and clothing in lockers. Locks left overnight will be cut, removed, and locker contents placed in lost and found. Widefield Parks & Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any photography and videotaping within the Recreation Center must be approved by WPR staff and is strictly prohibited in all locker rooms and restrooms.
Misuse of equipment, behaviors that cause harm to persons and/or property, actions that interfere with the safe and orderly operation of the Center, and/or failure to abide by Recreation Center rules or staff direction may result in loss of privileges and/or suspension from the Recreation Center.
Management reserves the right to enforce any unwritten rules deemed necessary for the safety and security of our guests and staff.

A lifeguard must be on duty before entering the pool areas.
Proper swim attire is required. No cotton clothing in the pool.
Children under the age of 7 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. Confident swimmers ages 7 and older are welcome to be at the pool without adult supervision.
Patrons MUST shower before entering the pool.
Street shoes are not permitted on the pool deck or outside pool areas.
The Widefield Parks and Recreation Pool is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
No running, pushing, dunking, or excessive roughhousing.
Food is only permitted in the outdoor picnic areas and foyer. No glass containers.
Beach balls and water toys are permitted. Hard balls and water guns are not allowed.
Unauthorized swim instruction is not permitted.

Floors may be slippery due to wet conditions, please walk with caution.
Secure your belongings in a locker. Lockers should remain locked when left unattended.

Locker rooms must be cleared 15 minutes after the end of a swim or fitness session.
Registration fees are 100% refundable when programs are canceled by Widefield Parks & Recreation. The Director of Widefield Parks & Recreation shall have the authority to make decisions on all requests not specifically covered herein.
Withdrawal prior to the registration deadline for the activity will receive the full refund, less a $5 processing charge.
Withdrawal between the registration deadline and the start of the program will receive a 50% refund of the fees, IF the participant can be replaced from the waiting list. If there is no waiting list for the program, no refund will be issued.
Withdrawal after start of a program will not be issued a refund.
A participant requesting to transfer from one class date to another, within the same registration period, must do so prior to the registration deadline of the program in order to receive credit for their original payment.
Refunded as a credit to the Widefield Parks and Recreation account, which will be available to use on future registrations or activities. This is available for use immediately.
Refund to debit/credit card. (In some instances, the card information may be required at the time of refund.) This generally takes up to two (2) business days to receive.
Refunded in the form of a check that will be mailed. Your current address must be confirmed at the time of the refund request. This can take up to two (2) weeks to receive.
