Body Shop: This class will incorporate Tabata, step, interval training, and body weight exercises to maximize your results in a short amount of time. A total body workout!

Cycling & Strength: A combination of cycling and freestyle strength.

Hot Hula Fitness® / Hula Dance: Join us for a fun, new and exciting dance workout based on Hawaiian hula dance!

MixxedFit ®: Come enjoy this people-inspired workout! A fun fitness class that incorporates simple moves, body toning, and multiple styles of dance.

Tai-Chi Fitness: Exercise that uses smooth body movements to achieve relaxation. Increases balance, strength and flexibility while decreasing stress.

Yoga / Chair Yoga: For mind, body & spirit! Yoga is great for flexibility, balance and relaxation. It also helps to reduce stress.

ZUMBA®: Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps for a calorie burning workout.


Classes located at the Widefield Parks & Rec Pool

Deep Water Aerobics: Focusing primarily on strengthening and toning using flotation belts, water dumbbells and other equipment. This is a very safe and effective low-impact workout.

Shallow Water Aerobics: Focusing on cardiovascular endurance with periods of overall muscle toning and uses a variety of equipment.

No swimming ability required for water fitness classes.

We are proud to host this class specifically designed for teens 12 - 17 years old on Fridays @ 4:15-5:15pm starting October 25. MixxedFit is a people inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. The music is familiar, the moves are repetitive and easy to follow; and the environment is uplifting and judgement free. This is a FREE class for teens.
