Camp WPR - Summer Day Camp

Seven weeks of summer day camps - come and join the fun!

Monday - Friday @ 8am - 3pm
For 1st - 5th graders (as of the 2023/2024 school year)
Location: Widefield Parks & Recreation - 705 Aspen Dr. 
Fee: $180 per camper/week
In person registration opens April 3 @ 8am

Camp WPR is an explorative and educational camp focused on providing safe recreational programs, experiences and activities.  Campers will experience Maker Mondays, Training Tuesdays, Watching Wednesdays, Swim and Play Thursdays, and Field Trip Fridays.  We will also participate in the SPL Summer Reading Program, play games and enjoy the grounds of WPR.  Camp fees include all activities and a daily snack - lunch is not provided. Camp themes will change weekly and coordinate with all of our exciting activities.  Each camper receives a drawstring bag! 

Birth certificate, current immunization record, current physical, and completed Parks & Rec paperwork for Camp WPR is required when registering.

Week 4: June 26 - June 30 - Outer Space - Space Foundation Discovery Center
Week 5: July 10 - July 14 - Movin’ & Groovin’ - Air City  
Week 6: July 17 - July 21 -Sports All-Stars - King Pin Lanes
Week 7: July 24 - July 28 - Animals in the Wild - Pueblo Zoo
