The 49 year tradition of students attending Bear Trap Ranch continues this summer!
Located in Pike National Forest, Bear Trap Ranch provides the accommodations for our trip to experience Colorado's great outdoors. Our experienced and qualified staff will lead 6th, 7th and 8th grade (as of 2026/2027 school year) students on a hike to a great vantage point to see Colorado Springs from a new perspective. Campers will also rappel a boulder face, learn about nature, leave no trace, sing around a campfire with s'mores, and stargaze during a night hike. A great trip for all students whether this is their first time in the mountains or they already appreciate the outdoors. The overnight adventure with great food, new experiences, and friends will be something your child remembers forever!
