The WPR Advisory Board was created to oversee the operations and monitor the financial resources of the School District’s Parks and Recreation Department. The WPR Advisory Board’s role is advisory in nature and not intended to govern day to day decisions. The group is also another channel of communication for the community to provide feedback about programs to the Director. Regular meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at the Recreation Center unless an alternate date or cancellation is communicated. The board consists of up to seven members, to include one member of the WSD3 Board of Education and up to six community members. Current members are: Mark Munoz (President), Neil Nelson (Vice President), Daryl Grantz, Kathy Grantz, Carl Burgess, Kelly Cutcher (Board of Education). Members of the community are always invited to attend.
